The First Aid at Work for Forestry course, is designed for businesses that require a fully trained first aider at their workplace. This course includes extra modules to cover potential Forestry incidents such as severe chainsaw cuts, Lyme Disease, Hypothermia and injuries caused by a crush.
If you haven’t already conducted a risk assessment to identify this, we can help.
The First Aid at Work for Forestry course takes place over three days (20 hours) and is a classroom course so training can’t be completed online. The qualification is valid for three years, after which you’ll need to complete a two-day requalification course to maintain the qualification.
The advantage of First Pass Training is that we will conduct your training on a site which suits your needs, minimising hassle and time away from work. We ensure that your employees will undertake a course that is relevant to your needs, and that it will be one they remember after we leave.
